the bed was large and cozy, but no air conditioning in the room.

A convenient location just a short walk to historic sites and great dining options. The staff responded quickly to our requests, enhancing our experience, and the included fruit buffet breakfast added a nice touch. However, we faced some noise from the nearby club, which could be bothersome, and our room lacked a mini-fridge for drinks. Additionally, parking fees were a slight inconvenience during our stay.

Noisy nightlife nearby.

missingWrote a review on 10 Novwater pressureparking issues
The so-called staff gave absolutely wrong info about parking, leading to a $90 ticket. Also, water pressure fluctuated wildly in the shower—definitely not relaxing. I woudl ve been quite pleased, but with all the inconvenience, I expected at least a small upgrade or complimentary treatment. Alas, service like this definitely warrants a scathing review.

Be cautious of the uneven flooring—it caused me a minor injury, cutting my sightseeing short. Request a room on a lower floor if mobility is a concern.

Great spot for exploring!
We had a cozy stay! The room was well-equipped and super cute. Location is on point—just a quick walk to the Parliament and old town. Staff were awesome. they helped us get a charger we left behind! The only bother was the parking fee. would’ve liked it included.

We loved exploring the vibrant area, especially with our family dog in tow. The location right on Grande Allee was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and the Plains of Abraham. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for our crew of six.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities on-site.
